Privacy Policy

This page describes current behavior for the NichePulse website and DealPulse. It is not a substitute for a lawyer-reviewed privacy policy if counsel requires additional language before Chrome Web Store publication. Last reviewed for product accuracy: 1 October 2026.

Who we are

NichePulse is the public brand for this software studio. DealPulse is a NichePulse product. Contact: the Contact page on this site. No phone number or office address is published.

This website

The marketing site is static HTML and CSS. It does not include analytics or tracking scripts. Product copy is also stored as JSON in the repository for a future authenticated CMS. That JSON is not a live admin panel.

DealPulse — single purpose

DealPulse helps users estimate real estate deal metrics from property data and assumptions they provide. It does not scrape Zillow.

What stays on your device

• Current deal draft — form values (including optional address and property type) in Chrome storage.local so the Side Panel can restore your in-progress deal.
• Saved Analyses — user-initiated snapshots (property, assumptions, historical metrics) in Chrome storage.local on that profile. Not cloud backup. Not cross-device sync.

DealPulse does not include an analytics SDK on this marketing site or in the extension package described here.

Payments

If you upgrade in the extension, payment account information is handled by the payment provider (ExtensionPay, which may use Stripe). DealPulse does not store card numbers in the extension. Stripe production for this product is not presented as connected on this site.

What is not enabled

• AI Deal Analysis backend — disabled. The extension does not send deal payloads to a live NichePulse AI endpoint.
• Google Sheets export — not connected. No Google account linking and no Sheets API calls.
• NichePulse account login — not implemented. There is no admin dashboard on this site.

Personal data

Address fields are optional and user-entered. DealPulse is not directed at children under 13. We do not sell user data or use deal figures for interest-based advertising in the current product.

Chrome Web Store

The extension currently requests storage and sidePanel only. See the store listing materials in the product documentation for how those permissions are explained.

Your controls

• Edit or delete saved analyses in the Side Panel (when you have stored snapshots).
• Clear site and extension data, or uninstall the extension (Chrome removes extension storage on that profile).
• Manage a paid subscription through the payment provider’s account flow when it is available in the extension.
