Terms of Service
These terms describe how NichePulse websites and DealPulse are intended to be used. They are a product summary, not a complete commercial contract. Counsel should review this text before production publication. Last reviewed for product accuracy: 1 October 2026.
License and use
DealPulse is proprietary software of NichePulse. You may use the Chrome extension and this website in accordance with applicable law and Chrome Web Store policies. You may not reverse engineer the product except where the law allows, scrape third-party listing sites through DealPulse, or present DealPulse as a Zillow product.
Coming-soon products
CraftReply and HirePulse AI pages describe intended products. They are not licenses to software that does not exist yet.
Estimates
DealPulse provides estimates based on the information and assumptions entered by the user. It is not financial, investment, tax, legal, or real estate advice. Users are responsible for verifying property information, expenses, financing terms, and other assumptions before making decisions.
User responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of numbers you enter, for complying with listing-site terms of use, and for decisions you make using the estimates. Blank inputs are treated as missing, not as zero, unless you enter zero.
Third-party services
Payments, if used, are processed by the payment provider configured in the extension (ExtensionPay / Stripe as applicable). NichePulse does not operate a checkout form on this website. Google Sheets, AI analysis, and NichePulse account authentication are not enabled in the current public product description.
Zillow non-affiliation
DealPulse is an independent product by NichePulse. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Zillow.
Availability and changes
Features, pricing ($12 per month for Pro as currently configured), and availability may change. The Chrome Web Store listing is not published at the time this page was prepared. We may update the extension and this site without notice as the product develops.
Limitations
Software is provided as is, to the extent permitted by law. NichePulse is not liable for investment losses or decisions based on estimates. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; those limits apply only to the extent allowed.
